Welcome to Brentwood Scouts
I'm going on a YL hunt, I'm not scared!
After the success of the Young Leader training weekend in January, I started to try and find all the YLs in the District. So my hunt started with the names of those YLs on the training course and few others Janet had given me.
Well, we started off with about 18 on the list who appeared to be active (can you tell with teenagers?), and so I set out to try and catch them in their sections. Now that should be an easy task, but it is always the week I choose to go that they are meeting away from the Hut or homework has meant the YL (who is always so regular) isn't there.

Cubs Camp in Snow!
Congratulations to all the Cubs that attending the 1st Warley Longmore camp at Thriftwood in the Easter Holidays. It was an eventful weekend, especially because of the snow! With the help of a great leadership team the Cubs were able to enjoy a cold but very cool Cub Camp. Due to the harsh weather conditions on camp all the cubs were able to achieve their Outdoor challenge badges just by surviving!
